The Gospel
The Liturgical Gospel contains the texts of the four Gospels, according to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, arranged by liturgical pericopes. Each pericope is accompanied by the corresponding Scripture references and the days or services on which the passage is read. The appendix provides instructions on the order of Gospel readings for the weeks of the year, Great Lent, Sunday Matins, and feasts by month, as well as the common readings for saints and readings for various occasions. gospel_ru This edition is intended primarily for liturgical use, but it may also serve as a convenient guide for studying the church cycle of Gospel readings.
